Our Wines In contrast to our West Coast counterparts that won worldwide attention with pure varietal wines, Les Bourgeois uses the traditional European winemaking technique of blending--combining various types of grapes to achieve the desired balance of sugar, acidity and texture. Blending frees our winemaker to creatively maximize the potential of each year's fruits, adding dimension and complexity to the wines we produce. Many of our wines utilize grapes that thrive in Missouri's climate and soil. These distinctive French hybrid and native American grapes give our wines a character that is uniquely Missourian. 	Riverboat Red Our best selling wine, this is truly the showboat of Missouri sweet reds. A tantalizing blend with aromas of raspberry and cherry, this chilled sweet red wine dazzles the palate with layers of ripe fruit.		Riverboat White This popular sweet white wine has a bouquet of honeysuckle with hints of honeydew and lush tropical fruit. Riverboat White is perfect for cocktail parties or as a dessert wine.
	Pink Fox Unlike an ordinary blush, this wine is made with the Native American Catawba grape giving it a bold fruit flavor and a pleasantly sweet finish. This wine is fun and friendly, ready for any festive occasion.		Solay With no oak to mask the intense tropical fruit overtones, this wine is blended with 100% of the best white varietals grown in Missouri. It is a perfect complement to salads, pastas and lightly sweetened sauces.
	LaBelle With a rich floral nose, this fresh white wine delivers a hint of sweetness and a crisp subtle finish. It is a lovely wine paired with recipes from the Pacific Rim and other light, but spicy dishes.		Premium Claret This full-bodied, dry red showcases the unique characteristics of Norton, the state grape in Missouri. A bouquet of violet and spicy earth tones with rich fruit flavors linger through a light tannin finish.
	Jeunette Rouge Diversely appealing, this medium-bodied wine, with fruity character and a soft finish is suitable for an array of occasions. The name means, "Not too old, and not too young...just right!"		Fleur Du Vin A semi-dry red wine with soft character and light and fruity aromas is broadly appealing and reveals the uniqueness of the Missouri St. Vincent grape.
	Port This sweet, silky Port produces aromas of dark confectioneries and ripe berries which proceed the rich, rustic flavors the Norton grape is known for.		LBV Brut Sparkling Wine This is Les Bourgeois' first Sparkling Wine.  It's a refreshing dry sparkling white wine made in a traditional method using primarily Vidal grapes.
