Spaces Available Les Bourgeois is proud to offer several private space options for your special event! At the bistro: The Loft- Our semi-private space that overlooks the Main Dining Room, offers amazing views from the balcony and bell tower that are included when you rent this private space. The Loft can accommodate up to 25 guests. The Terrace- Our fully private space is our Bistro's flagship private space! The Terrace is perfect for small groups needing privacy for presentations and conferences; as well as being the ultimate space to impress your guests at your wedding reception. The Terrace has it's own entrance out to our spectacular bluff and the up close views of the Missouri River Valley. The Terrace can accommodate groups of 20 to 100. Both the Loft and the Terrace are available for rental Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00am to 10:00pm and on Sunday, 11:00am to 3:00pm The Bistro-The pre-eminent private event you can give your guests! On Sunday and Monday evenings when the Bistro is closed to the public, you may rent out the entire restaurant for your special event. This experience is one your guests will be talking about for years to come! The Bistro can accommodate up to 240 guests indoors, plus seating for 60 on the outside patios. The entire Bistro and surrounding grounds are only available for rental Sunday and Monday nights from 6:00pm to 11:00pm At the A-frame: Our original outdoor Winegarden has two decks available for rental for your semi-private event. Gooseneck Deck- Tented space that will accommodate casual seating groups up to 30 guests, as well as the adjoining open-air deck that will accommodate up to 20 more. The Pavilion- Our brand new covered space overlooking the Missouri River Valley. This space will accommodate parties of up to 40 guests. The covered spaces are available for rental only, 7 days a week on a 4-hour time block. Tuesday through Sunday we can cater food for your event! A $2000 food and beverage minimum is required for Saturday events. Tax, Gratuity, and Incidentals are not included in the minimum Entire Bistro Building and Surrounding Grounds The Bistro is available for private parties on Sunday evening after the restaurant is closed to the general public. The entire Bistro is available on Mondays for a 5-hour time block: 12pm to 11pm Seating Capacity: 240 Indoors, plus 50 outdoor patio seats Rental Fee: $1000 A $4000 food and beverage minimum is required for Sunday and Monday events. Tax, Gratuity, and Incidentals do not count toward your minimum. Two covered spaces are available for rent at the Original Outdoor Aframe and Winegarden: The Pavilion or Gooseneck Deck Rental Fee: $150 for a 4-hour time block The Aframe closes at sunset Limited Catered Food is available for service at the Aframe.
